Bold Coffee, Fresh Starts, Every Day

"The drinks and food are always of good quality, but you can never order more than one item because their timing is horrible. For example, I ordered a frozen drink. That sat on the counter and melted for 15 minutes before my hot drink came up. The next week, my breakfast sandwich sat on the counter for at least 10 minutes before my coffee was ready, so it was hard and cold by the time I could eat it. One time, I asked about my second drink (which was iced, the one I received was hot) and the barista said it came from another barista so I’d have to wait. And about 10 minutes later, the same exact barista handed me the plain iced black coffee. Meanwhile, the hot coffee was pretty lukewarm at that point. It’s a shame because the location is great, but even ordering ahead does not help them with timing."

"Personally, I did not have a good experience. The person taking the order appeared to have difficulty hearing my order correctly, so I had to repeat each item twice. She seemed overwhelmed and responded in a somewhat rude and dismissive way. I also waited a long time for my order, and the overall atmosphere felt tense, as most of the staff seemed upset and slow service-wise. I understand it was a busy day, and I tried to be patient and understanding, but unfortunately the baristas seemed frustrated and did not handle mistakes professionally."

"I'm always very impressed with this Starbucks, particularly with Alejandro, who is always a joy to see in the window. He's very upbeat and helps my fiancée and me have a great start to the day. They're often fairly busy, as anticipated for a Starbucks with a drive-thru, but they handle the orders efficiently, happily, and I'm definitely glad I live near this Starbucks."
